We have always been the first to invent: many of the most important technical innovations in the field of soap machinery belong to Binacchi, like the first multi-cavity die press in 1977, direct transfer unit system in the 90’s as well as the first Binacchi wrapping machine BSW specifically designed for soap in 1995, new concept of roll mills, flashstamping presses, first electronic cutter with rotating blades in 2001, zero steam saponification plants and, more recently, mechatronic machines and relevant devices as variable volume die and mechanical ejector for the new press. We have always been one step ahead in using new technologies to produce better quality soap but saving money by lowering the production costs. This is the goal today: best quality at lower costs.
