The Dry Mix plant has been designed by Binacchi for the production of detergent powders. This is the basic unit to be used to start a detergent production and it has been designed to permit your growth towards bigger production capacities and more sophisticated formulations.

The Dry Mix plant is extremely flexible and easy to operate. It can work 8, 16 or 24 hours per day. No skilled personnel is necessary for its operation. The change of formula is immediate and easy.

This plant produces detergent powders suitable for hand washing, machine washing, industrial type detergents and scouring powders.

The standard plant operates batchwise and it is semi-automatic: all ingredients are weighed and introduced by an operator. However the Dry Mix plant can be upgraded with automatic dosing system at any moment, even after some years.
The bulk density and granulometry of final product depend on the specifications of starting raw materials.
