NON CONTACT INFEED SYSTEMS

The stamped soap bars arriving from the press must be fed into the pocketed conveyor of the packaging machine (wrapper, cartoner, flowrapper).

Two non-contact soap infeed systems are available and both guarantee that bars don't touch each other.

Universal Product Infeed  UPI

It takes soap bars from the discharge conveyor of any stamping machine of any model and any manufacturer. For this reason it is called "universal" infeed.

A set of timing belts adjusts the distance between the soaps to ensure that every bar is perfectly positioned when the collecting suction cup picks it. Then each vacuum cup rotate the bar and gently deposit it, perfectly centred, inside the bucket conveyor of the packaging machine with zero relative velocity.

DIRECT PRODUCT TRANSFERS  DPT

Binacchi is the inventor of these systems after having patented them during mid-80's.

Since then we have always been on the technological leader in the design and construction of such equipment. Today it is the result of the experience done with more than 200 units produced in the last 30 years.

With DPT the bars are directly transferred by a set of vacuum cups from the stamper dies directly inside the bucket conveyor of the packaging machine with zero relative velocity, gently and perfectly centred.

DPT is available in "one touch" or "two touch" configuration.

Binacchi stampers can install nr 2 DPT transfers so to feed nr 2 packaging machines in parallel. This is a normal solution in ultra-high speed lines with velocities higher than 600 bar/min where one packaging machine is not enough to absorb the production.
