The ETC 2000 cutter is another Binacchi breakthrough innovation: a unique machine, covered by patent that will change the standards of soap cutting machines.

The ETC 2000 is a continuous motion cutter guaranteeing a smooth and precise operation, even at very high speeds.

The cutting group consists of two blades fitted on an arm which rotates at a variable speed, depending on the velocity of the extruded soap. Its kinematics ensure that blades are always in a perfectly vertical position and the servomotor rotates the group so as the blades advancing speed is exactly the same of the billet: this ensures a perfectly straight and perpendicular cut.
The cutting length can be easily changed from the control panel even with the machine in operation.
The signal from the encoder can be used as a feedback to control the speed of the Duplex Plodder final stage, in order to obtain a constant extrusion rate.

The machine is also available in mods. MBE and ELC with engravers for laundry soap production.
