Binacchi manufactures continuous saponification plants since 40 years and today many plants are in operation in big and important soap factories satisfying their users and confirming many important benefits compared to similar plants available on the market.

The Binacchi plants mod CSWE are continuous saponifications using the Full Boiled process i.e. washing soap with brine hence recovering the glycerine produced by the reaction.

Normally the liquid soap produced by the plant is stored in a kettle (tank) and then dried in a separate plant: the VSD Vacuum Spray Drier.

The Binacchi CSWE plant is characterized by its vertical Reactor that ensures important space savings and better factory layout, particularly in bigger plants.

Binacchi is also proud of its pH control system that has proven to be one of the best on the market.

Another advantage of the Binacchi Continuous Saponification is the flexibility to operate with the washing section (full boiled process) or without it (semi-boiled process and fatty acids neutralization) to easily follow the market situation and the availability of raw materials. The CSWE plant is designed to be operated also with mixtures containing PFAD (low quality fatty acids from physical refining of oils) and/or soap-stock (soaps obtained by chemical refining of oils).

Binacchi is a pioneer of raw materials dosing systems using positive displacement pumps and flowmeters and our solution, although copied by various competitors, is still nr. 1 for quality.
