Liquid Detergents Production 

Binacchi designs and manufacture plants for the production of liquid detergents.  Our plants can produce a wide range of liquid detergents.

Namely:

• textile laundry
• fabric softners
• "liquid soap" for hand and face washing
• dishwashing
• body wash
• foam bath
• floor and tiles washing (bathrooms, showers, etc)

Normally such plants are of the batch type but continuous plants are also available for big productions. 

Liquid Detergents Packaging 

Binacchi & co announces the acquisition of Zeta srl manufacturing filling, capping, labelling lines for liquid products. This operation enables Binacchi to complete the portfolio of solutions for liquid detergents and to directly satisfy the packaging needs of customers. Zeta has been established in 2006 by engineers having more than twenty years experience in packaging lines for detergents, personal and home care products, edible oils and chemical products. Zeta solid experience in detergents filling lines and the deep Binacchi experience in high level mechanical and mechatronic solutions will further improve the already good design and quality of Zeta machines. Filling machines are available both as linear filling machines and rotary filling machines to satisfy any request in terms of speed, flexibility and easy operation. Various capping machines / sections are available to perfectly match the fillers configuration and speed.
